When I’m giddy (that word makes me laugh every time I read it and I’m not quite sure why) with excitement time tends to slow down. It takes forever and a day for time to pass no matter what I’m excited about. New iPhone, dinner with the husband, or something special for my kids. Time slows down. No matter what I do, I can never make it seem like time is passing quickly.
The current week is going to take FOREVER to end. I started out the week waiting for the first of May so I could replace my Apple Watch that recently had some issues. That was a lot! I’m not a patient person when it comes to waiting for technology to find it’s way to my hot little hands. Then I talked to my momma, and she is coming for a visit on the first as well. 🙂 Now I really, really need the week to go by fast. Though I talk to her daily (usually multiple times a day), it’s just not the same since we moved down to Florence and I can’t just go see her.
So Monday morning it’s running errands with the hubs and then dropping him at home so he can chill before he has to go into work. After that it’s time to go get my momma. And lunch, birthday lunch. Not sure where yet, but lunch.
