WHOOPS

So, as you know, I swore up and down that I was going to blog every day this year, come hell or high water. Well…… as you can see, if you go through the timeline of the blog, that didn’t exactly happen. Life did happen, though, and that’s okay. My husband’s knee surgery, picking up some new clients, and my oldest checking out different branches of the military have me all over the place.

The Husband

So the husband is recovering nicely from his surgery and will be going back to work in about a week. While I have loved having him home, I also love my me time during his working hours lol. I’m losing my mind as I wait for that time to come, lol.

New Clients

A friend has reached out to me to help her with a project, and I am super excited to be delving into the digital organization world. It’s a wonderful change of pace from what I usually do.

Military Life

My firstborn, my baby, my headache, and my love are checking out different branches of the military. I thought I was ready for that. I said I was ready for that. I’m not ready for that. I’m so not ready for that. He’s spoken to all branches either by phone or in person. Today was a meeting with the Air Force that his father took him to. I think that is what he’s leaning towards, and out of all the branches, it is the one that I hoped he would gravitate to. Did I mention that I’m not ready?

It’s been an exhausting week but a good one. Now to get ready to visit the MIL tomorrow and then I swear to all things holy I will be sleeping the rest of the weekend.
