A Little Sneaky

(Kind of funny that this blog prompt is about if blog prompts are useful or not)

Blog prompts have their place. Most of the time that place is sitting in my writing software Ulysses until I find the time to decide if I want to use them or not. I find or generate them with the very good intention about writing on at least one a day, which I don’t. I then get a super “creative” day and want to write about them all at one time. I knock out a few posts, delete a few more, wander around my house looking for massive amounts of coffee, and put off writing again for a couple days. (My system needs to perfecting)

Eventually I get around to writing posts — in between laundry, cleaning, cooking, dealing with the kids and husband — that involve some of them and they make it to the blog for the most part. I still have a very full trash bin that I can’t decide if I want to delete and let go, or if I want to restore and salvage.
